Return and Refund Policy


Due to the custom fabrication of the photo booths, 360 photo booths, and photo booth enclosure returns will not be accepted once the order was picked up by FedEx/DHL/UPS.

SO please consider it thoroughly when decide to purchase anything from Spin Booth Supplies.


If your order was not shipped out, you can request to refund. We will refund complete after approved.
Faulty or damaged goods
  • If you receive faultily, damaged, or incomplete goods please report to spinboothsupplies in writing via email to [email protected] within 2 working days from the date of receiving.
  • Please state your order number or invoice number, the faulty, damaged, or missing item, quantity, and details of the problem. If you are able to attach a photo then please do.
  • If a carrier attempts to deliver goods that appear damaged or incomplete, please clearly mark the carrier’s paperwork as “damaged” or “incomplete” before signing for the delivery. Please ask for a copy of the carrier’s paperwork. If you are able to take and attach a photo of the condition of the delivery, please do.
Printing Detail

We do not do color matches. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen. Once proof is sent and you cancel an order you will be charged for the proof fee. The cost is $20.00 per proof. Once an order goes into production, cancellation is no longer possible.

Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors

spinboothsupplies is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final.

Color differences

Color is a perception that is different for everyone, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, because of differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings on our printers, your logo may not be the exact color as what appears on your computer screen.
